A fresh and complex herbal infusion with delicate hints of juniper and forest floor pine to excite the pallet. A Slight note of eucalyptus and citrus can be tasted in the background which is then further elevated by the sweet spicy aromas of Saffron and chamomile. Fresh lime and citrus zest complimented and refine the middle pallet.
Aftertaste
Piney juniper and olive bitterness finished off with a light lingering mastic flavour.
We Have Courage
Our signature ingredient is mastic from the island of Chios in Greece. A unique taste that takes us back to sitting on a Greek island in summer with our pappou eating submarine sweets while watching the people walk by. A taste that will always take us back to a simpler time no matter the stresses we currently face
